Our AcuteCare Dental Clinic is open the 1st Saturday of each month from 8am-12pm Walk-In Only. We operate on a first come first serve basis.
Please note that Heart and Soul is unable to see patients younger than 12 years of age

- Extractions
- Fillings
- Acute Dental Care
Medical
Medical Clinic Hours
Our Medical Clinic is open on the 2nd and 4th Saturday of each month from 8am -12pm, no appointment is necessary. We do operate on a first come first serve basis.
Our Medical Clinic is also open every Wednesday evening by appointment only from 6 to 8pm. Please call (317) 804-5782 or email info@heartandsoulclinic.org to schedule an appointment.
Health Referrals
The clinic also provides referrals for free or low cost health services utilizing health care providers in Hamilton County and the surrounding areas. To receive a referral, individuals must come to the clinic and be seen by a provider. Our current list of referral services includes the following:
- Optometry
- Podiatry
- Other Specialities
Medical Services
The Heart and Soul Clinic is able to serve patients non-emergency health care needs by providing:
- Blood pressure/Blood sugar screenings
- Diagnosis and Treatment of Minor Illnesses
- Preventative Health Screenings and Education
- Women’s Health Clinic
- Diabetes Education
- Sports, camp and work physicals
- Childhood Vaccinations

Mental Health
If you are experiencing a suicidal thought or a mental health crisis, contact 988.
Mental Health Counseling is available to our current patients. Patients are able to receive up to 6 counseling sessions for free, and we offer Telehealth counseling.
We offer counseling for:
- Depression
- Anxiety
- Grief
- Relationship Issues
